Website Design, Content Management, and Maintenance


The design process follows the basic outline below:

 - Initial free consultation between sales representative and customer.
 - Customer quote is generated and approval is sought.
 - Customer responds to proposal within one (1) week's time.
 - Upon approval, customer sends 50% of quoted amount, signed copy of quote and all materials that the designer requires to commence work on the site.
 - When all materials have been gathered work usually begins within one (1) week. Generation of the "prototype" can take 1 to 2 weeks.
 - Upon completion of the prototype, the customer is asked for revisions. This stage should take no longer than one (1) week.
 - Customer submits revisions to the designer.
 - Designer makes all corrections and "final posts" the site.
 - Customer is billed for remainder of the original quote, account is finalized and the site is considered "live".
 (The average total project time from initial consultation to final posting:  4 to 5 weeks.)

Every Website we develop is as unique as the business or person it represents.  Although we will always try to consult and make recommendations to our clients regarding the use of colors, animations, graphic images etc., we realize that it is the customers choice regarding the final look or feel of the finished website.
